Equine 74® Core Connect is based on industrial hemp seeds. Despite careful selection of raw materials and quality control, technically unavoidable traces of cannabinoids (e.g. CBD/CBDA) from the hemp plant cannot be completely ruled out. Cannabinoids (including CBD/CBDA) may be classified as prohibited or controlled substances under anti-doping and medication regulations in equestrian sport (e.g. FEI, national federations). For horses subject to doping controls, a vet and the relevant federation should be consulted before using this product. Use in competitive sport is at the owner’s own risk.
Equine 74® Core Connect contains traces of naturally occurring salicylic acid. The risk of a positive doping result when fed as recommended is low, but cannot be ruled out. As a precaution, we recommend discontinuing feeding 48 to 72 hours before competitions if other substances containing salicylates are being administered at the same time. However, responsibility for compliance with the applicable regulations lies with the rider or trainer.
