# In conversation with Devin Ryan

“A horse's eyes are the way to its heart and brain,” says Devin Ryan. The highly decorated US show jumper, including team gold winner at the 2018 World Equestrian Games, is a horse person with heart and soul - and you can tell by just listening to him! 

Lively, entertaining and so likable, the all-round talent in sports - as a child, Devin played basketball and lacrosse, did track and wrestling and was an excellent swimmer, to just name a few - explains how his love for the noble four-legged friends came about and what brought him to equestrian sport. 

He also talks about life and training on his farm in New Jersey and what he does to keep his horses happy and comfortable.
